Leaders in the 21st century will need to be skilled in building bridges to various identities that everyone brings to the table. If that is a group of volunteers, employees or other ways the people interact, our identities (our race, gender, sexuality, ability, national origins and other similar aspects of who we all are) will influence how successful, enjoyable and productive any group will be.
